The enunciation form of Maliseet-Passamaquoddy placenames is always given with a suffix [-k] that denotes locative case or inanimate verb participles (where...). So, rather than "Calais" by itself, "Kelisk" means "at Calais". Here is a introductory table, and then one table each for Canada and the US.
